			<description><![CDATA[ Not to be confused with the Mercury Theater version The Lux Radio Theater version based on the Paramount movie starring Gene Barry is quite good. Using some of
the sound effects of the movie and having Paul Frees doing the naration the radio version stars Dana Andrews and Pat Crowley and they are superb. Obviously
familiarity with the book, movie or previous radio play takes away any surprise to the ending but it is well done and is well worth a listen. ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ It took 4 years but I have finally finished listening to a 480 episode set of Lux Radio theater. Not too many sequels are to be heard but Clifton Webb appears
twice as Mr Belvedere and Al Jolson appears twice as Al Jolson.

This was a consistently great show and all in all the movie stars did quite well on the live stage.

A smart, funny detective show starring the urbane Vincent Price as The Saint, the Robin Hood of Modern Crime. Price is perfect in the role and the program is
nearly as funny as Pat Novak but unlike Pat Novak has differing plots. The Saint acquires a hack driver friend Louie played by Larry Dobkin giving The Saint a
foil. About 60 or so shows are available and are great fun.

Bing and Rosemary had a daily 20 minute program for two years 1960-1962. It is an extremely pleasant program featuring the blue eyed jazz greats teamed up with
Buddy Cole and his group. About four songs per show and a little chat and some commercials. Ken Carpenter was around to do commercials and a little chatter.
